What benefits does InforSense provide?

What's InforSense's policy on training?

We support formal training and coaching by external experts, to support employees who wish to further their knowledge and development in areas related to their work. Additionally we support employees who join us while working on their PhD’s by providing generous leave arrangements to complete their studies.

What are the opportunities for travel?

We encourage our globally spread teams to spend time working alongside their counterparts, which may involve travel to the office in Boston, Shanghai or London. We also encourage employees working in development to see their products at work through visits to client sites, which can involve travel to Europe, US, or Asia.

What is your policy on performance/pay reviews?

Performance meetings occur quarterly; pay reviews are constantly monitored with at least one formal review per year.

How is InforSense funded?

We are a privately funded company, and we have grown from the success of our products in the marketplace.

What hours will I be expected to work?

This will depend on your role, sometimes this will be what ever it takes to get the job done!

What is the dress code?

If you aren’t meeting with customers there is no dress code, if you are then smart attire will be acceptable.

Where can I go for lunch?

There are kitchen facilities provided in each office and some great eateries within walking distance of all of the offices.

Does InforSense have any activities outside of the workplace?

A dedicated team organise quarterly social events to which all are invited. Sports enthusiasts go running or play tennis and football.

Where is InforSense based?

Our UK office is based in Hammersmith in West London. This is close to the centre of London and a great location in which to live and work.

How many customers does InforSense have?

We have currently over 100 prestigious customers and 70% of these are Fortune 500 listed companies.
