DMPK

The InforSense DMPK Solution is a powerful, flexible tool for accelerating the analysis of DMPK data.  Managing compounds through the DMPK process requires a constant repetition of data loading, instrument configuration, data Quality Control, analysis and reporting. With the InforSense DMPK Solution, you can automate the process of collating samples, configuring instrumentation, capturing and analyzing results, and producing and distributing reports.

The solution automatically monitors for new sample files when a study has completed and loads them into the system. Mass Spec work lists can be quickly configured using templates, with the option to modify using an interactive plate view. The solution monitors the Mass Spec and automatically loads the results into the appropriate study on completion. Outliers can be automatically removed but tools are also provided to manually remove outliers from results if necessary.

Users can select PK or PD analyses to run and choose different area under the curve algorithms, and call external programs such as WinNonLin and NonMem. Different combinations of animals, dates and time points can then be compared using interactive graphs. Reports can be automatically generated using templates and distributed via e-mail and deposited in document management systems or electronic lab notebooks.

End users interact with the system via a series of web interfaces that are simple to use and need minimal training. Group leaders and project managers have their own views to enable them to monitor the status of compounds and assess any bottlenecks.
