Key Benefits:
InforSense Reporting extends the InforSense Platform with capabilities to generate high quality reports for disseminating and sharing the results of analytical applications. Reports can be interactively defined in PowerPoint, Excel and PDF and automatically populated with data within InforSense analytical applications and distributed via e-mail to interested parties. Dashboard style graphics such as traffic lights and charts can also be included.
The InforSense Reporting package has the following capabilities:
InforSense Reporting has been used in the following example applications.
During the course of a Microarray experiment, one of the primary quality control checks involves a laboratory technician physically inspecting the image generated by the scanner. They typically check to see if there are any defects in the image, such as a fingerprint, that might have prevented the correct measurement of the intensity values. With InforSense Reporting, as the technician reviews each image, any defective images can be uploaded using a web interface to a workflow that automatically collates the different errors and comments. The result is distributed as a final Quality Control (QC) report to the researcher that originally designed the experiment.
In Credit Risk assessment, operational reports need to be delivered to ensure banks have sufficient capital reserves to cover potential loan losses. To comply with banking regulations, reports of Risk Weighted Assets need to be available on demand. Workflows that generate these reports execute directly over operational data and enable an on-demand credit scoring dashboard.
